Mortgage origination can be handled by foreigners and no need to keep them here in the states. Do you realize for HLS position each person costing the bank roughly $150K annually if you add up benefits, PTO’s, 401K match? Like management said be resourceful and have multiple skills and you are an asset to Jamie Diamond.
