It's funny to see some people going out of their way to deny the possibility of more RIFs when the writing's been on the wall for months and even longer. You're not doing yourself any favors by keeping your head stuck in the sand. Look around you and you'll see that it's only a matter of time. There's no escaping reality.

PR has both Medicare and Commercial members and sales reps are needed as the market is competitive. The labor market in PR is cheaper than the states. From a business perspective, it makes perfect sense to hire nurses from PR.
Yes, I noticed it in the town hall…FL, Care Plus and Puerto Rico….it’s never been presented that way before, or in any of the prior regional maps.
I’m trying to say that Humana’s footprint is expanding….were you aware that they are looking for Medicare sales reps in PR? Not everyone working telehealth is in FL or TX or CA. They’re building out centerwells, are they expanding to PR? Why doesn’t that show in the regions maps? I just thought the job postings were in a new and different area. I wasn’t trying to say PR is not a part of the US, just that Humana is expanding there, which is new
Puerto Rico is part of the US… what are you trying to say??
I agree. Project growth is not over, it’s just quieter. They are focusing on value based members, building brick and mortar, buying up home heating agencies, developing a huge pharmacy program….raises are now given in June, not March or April. They are hiring more people from Puerto Rico, look at the careers website- they’re hiring nurses- i don’t think there is a membership base out there per the new regions map, so they may be for telehealth, which means job changes. So many of our teammates are not based in the US. The writing has been in neon spray paint on the wall as we limp to the finish line
