ok, there should not have been any HLS at this point. Business has been falling off since Nov '21
12 years as a HLA and never heard of HLS. Ridiculous idea anyway. The people at the top of mortgage at Chase are m_o_r_o_n_s

HLS was a position they created in 2019 to flood mainly tellers and bankers into a salary training role. They actually made a good salary and 0 commission. It was meant to last 1 year and then you either got demoted back to banking/teller or you graduated to HLA.
in my market we added about 10 hls's and most were tellers or bankers. hls = home lending specialist
