Any info on what the severance is looking like?
ICA scheduled next week per leaked information. Would only be a handful though , based off performance mostly then tenure.
Some departments are waiting until next week. Like the other person said, end of year reviews pushed out because they involve AIP and raises.
There were some today that I know of. No idea how many.
If nothing happens today or tomorrow, I'd say NA is okay (heard some more IT was let go today).
At least until the start of Q2 in April. Who knows what'll happen then...
Haven't heard anything since end of last week but some departments pushed end of year reviews from this week to next to address lay offs. So we are not in the clear yet for NA
