I made 3 times that and did not get laid off. But I also realize that the bank provides most of the leads and can do what they want. If I was laid off, I certainly wouldn't be crying on a message board about it. They should call this the "the world owes me something" board because its filled with fools who don't understand how the real world works.

Depends on pay too. If you make over $150k, severance starts at 16 weeks even if you just started last month
it is on the home page, after the 45 days the severance pay goes into play in 2 lumps sums. The number of weeks you get is depending on the years of service. I got laid off today also. Tempe UW

I had a co worker get laid off today (Tempe), and she got 45 days of severance
Can actually be found on portal, just search for it. Based on years of tenure and your role level (601,603, etc).
Should be getting an email shortly that mgr will inform you on as well.
