Does anyone know if this is about the layoffs that happened...or, are more layoffs happening at that time?

FYI -
Milwaukee is shut down, ALL employees and managers EXCEPT 10 HLA’s who will be permanent work from home. I am 1 of the 10. Was advised Jax shut down as well, AZ and OH will be only 2 remaining call centers.
