Past-time for a true forensic audit

That’s a good one. Maybe we’ll have HR do the work. Oh, wait, the HR lady in the SPMK case didn’t want to get involved cause she might become “liable” for something. Big LOL there. Forensic audit! Hahahahahaha ha!

Regarding:

"Wonder who got hit yesterday
OP said no initials needed
Post removed"

If you were in Support you would know who from the "Leadership Team" was asked to leave back in January. Innitials were left out because any posts with those innitials immediately gets removed. They can't handle the truth and go crying to the mods every time there is a post. How lucky.......they were asked to leave...equals layed off!

Always happy to help others that have been taken advantage of by a foolish narcissist’s greed, unethical, fraudulent, abusive, degrading, deflecting, abusive, manipulation.

Taking a stand for what is right takes courage that builds character and strength . Exposing evil probably due to incompetence and most likely mental illness is never fun but necessary when rules, regulations. principles, ethics snd accountability are admittedly not followed.
Employees are the greatest asset for healthy success. Those in management positions that use their positions as a platform to line their own pockets, taking from others, need to be investigated and justice needs to be served.

Everyone makes mistakes. If we didn’t, we would not learn, grow and work to become our better selves. Those that boast and blatantly criticize, condemn, and attack others usually can not deal with truth usually and most often, refuse to take responsibility for their own actions subject themselves to much needed consequences that, hopefully will help them at some point realize that the rules apply to all. No one is above the law.

You don’t sound happy today. Maybe you need to move on and get out of the company. Oracle can truly ruin a good day.

Who was boasting they get to do what they want because they can? I must have missed that post. Maybe it was taken down.

This recession might be hitting the higher paid workers, especially the ones in the high-tech sector and mostly skipping the lower-paid and blue-collar workers. That will affect the mid to higher-end luxury and property markets.

Surprisingly, one of the favourite investment targets that millennials are looking towards is property while uber-luxury cars soar on customisation.

Hopefully this recession will be wake-up and the reorg OCI will require accountability will follow GAAP as required by SEC.
Run a tight ship scale down overpaid lazy corrupt mid mgmt VPs and hold them accountable for their misdeeds by turning them over to the authorities. Stock price would sky rocket.

Be interesting to know how much each has skimmed off of Oracle in the past 5 years esp the one that claims upper mgmt does give sh*t and he boasts that he gets to do what he wants because he can. Most immature incompetent id--t runs his mouth with little girl mannerisms. No excuse for bad fraudulent business principles. Somebody in upper mgmt needs to care. Incompetent thievery is unacceptable
Past-time for a true forensic audit.

Oracle reorganized its AI and data initiatives amid a leadership shakeup, leaked internal memo shows
Ashley Stewart Feb 7, 2023, 7:05 PM

Oracle is moving its data and artificial intelligence unit under its cloud business and making its health initiatives a major focus, an internal email shows.

The organization will report to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure senior vice president Greg Pavlik, the email states. The reorganization means Oracle is "consolidating all of the new data and AI initiatives back into OCI," according to an internal email. The email also suggested health will be a priority for the organization.

"I am personally very excited about having the opportunity to work with Greg again, and have an org focused on delivering the best data and AI offerings across Oracle and for our customers," Oracle Vice President of AI and data science services Elad Ziklik wrote in an email in late January.

Ziklik also wrote that the organization will "absolutely continue to focus on healthcare, and this will remain one of our top priorities across the org." Indeed, Oracle Health and the company's $28 billion acquisition of health IT company Cerner have become cofounder and chief technology officer Larry Ellison's primary focus, insiders say.

Don Johnson, the former Oracle Cloud Infrastructure boss once named by Ellison as a potential contender for co-CEO, recently left his latest role leading Oracle Health and Artificial Intelligence, Insider previously reported.

Johnson spent four years running Oracle's cloud business before stepping back early last year. At the time, he said he would advise Ellison on healthcare initiatives and other projects. After about six months, he returned to run engineering for Oracle Health after the company bought Cerner in 2022.

Oracle did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
