If you get a 5% raise even with leading you were underpaid vs your peers here or underpaid vs outside and they are trying to catch you up. Unless by some miracle they give us a cost of living raise and then 5% is an insult.
- 5% seems reasonable. I know I worked my friggin a-s off in 2022. Time for Verizon to pay the piper, so to speak. Do the right thing, even if it means kicking the ringers to the curb to allocate funding for the real producers in Verizon. I get tired of dealing with all the dead wood in this company.

2/7 - no one has received their individual notifications yet. That will come on the 13th. Company multiplier is 82%.
They won't communicate these results until later in the month. Re-post in about a week.
