Thread regarding Humana Inc. layoffs

From a business perspective, would find it hard to believe that SOME additional RIFs won't be done, once Q1 is over ( end of march), then I would think that they would re eval the situation , post " project growth" and see how all that advice from bigwig outside firm is actually doing to the company. With all the medicare merger of regions, etc, volumes have been down , and I can tell you currently some areas are overstaffed, so yeah, absolutely there will be additional layoffs, I mean DUH, especially if you have been here long enough, we will get an email in April, saying that they " evaluated" the situation and " needed to continue with 'project growth' and that will incur some additional ' impacted employees' , I'm calling it now, course , its not rocket science.
