At least be ready for it. Whatever comes shouldn't come as a surprise. When is your school's current contract up? How bad is Follett failing the school - breach of contract?
The school would probably not sue because it would cost them more in legal fees than they could recover.
With online retail the old brick and mortar school store is going the way of buggies.

I stay because of the schedule. But with more and more work from home jobs that is becoming less important in comparison.
