Can someone please explain to me how we support BHM in this company outside of just a post and elevating one person and creating a new group. This is coming from a communications department that is made up of all white females, and if it was not the communications department, then it was human resources, which is also not diverse. And if it is not human resources, and leadership, there definitely is a lack of diversity in this area. Mostly white and not one person of color. Lead by example, not by words.
