Fidelity has ended hybrid work. 75,000 employees now expected to be in the office 5 days per week
JPM, Goldman, BofA, Morgan Stanley, PNC and Trust have all moved to 5 day mandates in the past year.
Maybe this can put a 4-1 mandate into perspective.

@ct You mean their official policy leadership by ambiguity didn't resonate with you? I know for me, having unaccountable leaders take a year to come up with literally no plan fills me with confidence and drives me to work harder. It certainly doesn't make me resent the out of touch, self-congratulatory leaders who presided over record outflows for the better part of a decade now l.
