This is more or less just to vent, but I’m tired of the “do more with less” attitude here. I know I’m not the only one whose team has been expected to take on more work with less resources, make sense of vague information from leadership, all with no title changes or pay increases.
I’m categorized as a “high performer”, but I’m burning out and losing my will to care. I’m actively looking for a new job, but it’s a struggle to look for something on top of my workload. I don’t know if anyone else feels the same.

I feel exactly the same way. Also a high performer, also completely burned out. My team was drastically reduced at the beginning of this year, yet work keeps growing and growing, and AI can only help on the margins. My work-life balance is in the garbage, and I don’t make nearly enough when you consider the evening and weekend hours I constantly work. I am also actively looking for a new job.
I hear you. When a group gets canned by this place (July 31 is another batch, unfortunately) the people left behind also suffer. We saw it when we lost the Help Desk, Service Desk, etc. If you have to interface with IT you will have to deal with non-English speakers who are difficult to understand and even more difficult to have to explain what needs to be done as prior Associates would not require so much prompting. Then there is the day to day reality of paying bills, educating your kids, and wondering if you should buy that new car given you never know when you will be sent to a "Transition Meeting". Even though y'all still have a paycheck coming in, it is still rough. I saw some courses in Degreed about this Next 90 stuff, but somehow I doubt it will ease anyone's fears. Layoffs always su-k, but for 3 years they have become a regular way of life - a game of musical chairs and no matter how hard you work you never know when it is your turn to lose your seat. Use the training resources offered to you is you can and get resumes out there. Good luck.
