In IDC FA , CL and his lackeys have instructed folks to come all five days and clock certain number of hours. Lots of M Love it and sheepishly justify the stupidity.
Different countries have different labour laws. In European Union worker protection frameworks are stronger and then those EU countries have country specific labor lawys too, where both state regulatory bodies and individual employees can bring legal action against companies.
