Micromanaging is through the roof, you can’t get time to execute without having to constantly update every leader and their momma on what you are doing. Ppt culture is ki-ling PepsiCo.
I was told by my senior manager that Pepsi only worries about the little things , not the big things. The reverse is true for Coke .
