Some complain that their work is very slow. In my case, it's just the opposite.

HL here. I've gotten two new loans since Christmas and my pipeline overall is under 10 loans. I do what I can to stay busy but if the work is not there, then I'm pulling up YouTube on my phone or reading and moving my mouse so I appear "available."
I haven't heard any rumors about layoffs but things are so slow that our staffing levels can't be sustainable. The team I'm on has as many loans as one CCS would've had 18 months ago. If I survive the next round of layoffs I guess I'll see how they'll realign us or what they have in store. No idea.
If you are not busy the probability that you are in the layoff is 100%
