ST was let go due to years of internal jealousy over his relationships with strong partners like DSR You people could not stand how ST got his business through valuing relationships and working with integrity. DSR; the local techs and even inside sales sent business to ST for those reasons and jealousy cost Uniti the best salesperson to ever do it.
@vf FALSE! ST did not even have DCRIS. ST was let go bc company did not want to pay ST his end of year bonus he was due. ST was let go 2 weeks shy of getting a $50K bonus. Evidence of fraud was never proven bc none ever existed.
I know the person you refer to as ST and I want to say a few things. He very good man Very good man. Cared about customers deeply. He was let go because the new owners did not want to pay ST as much as he was making selling small business so No fraud but he good man. Very good man a humble giant among mere mortals
ST will be fine. Haters here were just jealous of his success. But his peers and teammates know the man and his character.

@OP ST made a big impact on hundreds of customers. He also was a good teammate. New Hire Training had him address BSCs and SR BSCs in every class. Was a dark day when he was let go. Most people think it was because they did not want to pay him all the commissions he was due.
@OP He is a great guy. Was a good mentor to a lot of sellers.

It is probably due to the big jump when all the newly combined company employee investment options were made all at once, is finally wearing off… dropping stock price catches the eyes of potential buyers too. Wonder how those true 2Q financials are going to look on the next call…. And not just a manipulation of numbers and the true picture….comparing fiber for 2Q 2026 vs 2Q 2025…. Let’s talk real numbers, not apples to oranges.
