Teams S ucks

At what point do we get to give real feedback on Teams and M365? I’m ready to let them know IT SU-KS! I’ve never felt so chaotic, unorganized, constantly interrupted, and overlooking messages (I’ve never done that!).

I don’t even open the silly group pings at this point (whatever they’re called).. our team has created 5,428 different group chats with similar acronyms- how the heck can we keep this straight!?! And the 500 training decks that they share are useless if you don’t have time to spend days reading and learning this insanely chaotic platform (please STOP sharing “helpful decks”.. it’s not helpful!).

And don’t get me started on the fact that we’re encouraged (forced) to put everything in a “group chat”.. so now nobody can find the documents and they keep messaging asking you to forward it to them again. What’s the point!? Just send it in an email!!

This is ridiculous and we need to let them know it’s not working!

And every time you address this mess, they guilt you into saying nothing but positive things about copilot and teams, and then send you some complicated irrelevant cheat sheetthey guilt you into saying nothing but positive things about copilot and teams, and then send you some complicated irrelevant “cheat sheet”, as if any of those have helped us with our real life issues (and it’s super presumptuous. Do we even have the time to decode these cheat sheets given that we’re doing the job of 3 to 4 people.

I have found the various group tools over the years useful as a central document repository, but generally not for the other functions, which typically imagine an ultra-complex workflow to cover all eventualities..

EVERY new system we've changed to recently SU-KS. Literally every single one. Now we've put ALL of our eggs in one Microsoft basket. President of their Global Affairs, Lisa Monaco, is accused of burying investigations into the company's repeated cybersecurity failures while she was Deputy Attorney General in the last Administration. She's now had her security clearance revoked and she's banned from federal properties and she's been referred to the DOJ for review. Like, who at the bank makes these decisions and why wouldn't they care about who we're doing business with???

Same! I HATE the different group chats with the same acronyms, just different people. I’m also struggling to figure out who’s on each one so it’s very confusing and so time-consuming make sure I’m responding to the right group of people via chat versus sending an email..

This is definitely going to create a risk with people accidentally sending certain communications to the wrong person.
