Why would 2023 be any different than any other year.
Verizon has a toxic culture. Always has since 2015, and it got extremely worse in 2017/ 2018. Place is a dumpster fire.
What would they do when all the key holders give their keys back bcz it doesn’t come with any extra pay? Then they would hate life, and wanna cry or quit. Then they will actually have to do their job which they suck at. After all no one asked them to be SMs. I really wish this happens and watch them DO work instead of Tik Toking and chilling. Lmao
Verizon stock hit a 10yr bottom... that comes from the tardiness in Csuite and hybrid do nothing manager wannabes... give them the push back they deserve and point that out. They think when they visit a store it means something to reps. Couldn’t care less they just get in the way.
And the top ones will continue to go deeper down on the SMs, month after month, “NO MATTER WHAT”!! Whether right or not. Ain’t that true?
