Anyone know how to cash in the ones we got stuck holding onto for 3 years until a few months ago?

I had to get permission/approval to sell, while a friend in another department did not, so it all depends on however your job is defined. I did get a pop up, I believe, as well as an email from Star Compliance (I think).
In MySource, if you go to MyRewards, and go into the compensation stuff, there is a link for Fidelity at the bottom of the page (where the Voya et all links are). As mentioned below, it's a relatively straightforward process to establish your bank info and make the trade. Be sure to include the "cash"... that's the partial share leftover from the shares used to pay the taxes.
Sell sell sell!!!
@cy I sold all of mine in one hit without any pre-auth needed from anyone
You must submit a Pre-Trade Authorization Form, and receive formal approval before placing any trade for a reportable security.
@d1 ok ty. Just dont want to miss a step and bny finds a way to use that against me
@cy Certain people require permission to sell, but I believe Fidelity will tell you if that's the case. I was able to sell mine with no issues and no permission.
@bq dont we also need bny permission to sell as well? I thought i saw that somewhere but im not sure if thats accurate
Log into your fidelity account and sell as soon as they are vested/unrestricted.
Search fidelity / RSU in to your email or intranet and you’ll find the link.
You’ll need to register a bank account on the fidelity site which takes ~5 days to approve and then you can sell. If I remember correctly It takes another 2/3 days to hit your account.
I did mine last month and it was fairly straight forward.
@OP It's held at Fidelity Investments.
