Why does fidelity say they don’t tolerate harassment? It always makes me giggle when someone says that because yes it absolutely happens at work.

Just look at r/fidelity and see how customers and anyone who raises an issue is treated. They viciously accuse, downvote, mark posts and comments as spam, and delete them. If they have no problem bullying online, it’s probably much worse internally
I've reported SA and the perps are still here. The victims have been impacted more.

Ended up in the quarterly review as "challenge working with others" when I complained about being harrassed.
