Go read this article! It uses the phrase "experienced, veteran engineers" repeatedly as the solution to the problems that they faced using AI became apparent. Ford rehired three hundred (300) veteran automobile engineers to fix what AI could not.
Ford? Yes, because they care about their car buyers and profits in a highly competitive industry. FIS? No, because they only care about executive compensation. They will allow all kinds of inefficiencies and errors to occur to the detriment of their clients because...money. They will lose clients to this greedy equation and they have. Hello? Franklin Templeton? Admit an error in corporate strategy after counting the savings? No way, man!
