How about 6% raise for all, contractors and employees.
If you’re asking you’re not high enough to get the real coin. If you’re not exceeds most you’re not getting sh-t. If you’re not the top person on your team your manager will have to drop you down a peg to support why you’re not getting anything.
Record busting sales 4th quarter…they will praise the results and turn around and low ball all under mgr level. Don’t hope for much.
Frank got a $1.2 million raise. I'm sure he also added a huge "bone-us". And I'm sure his lackeys/cronies got some decent coin. The rest? Lol.
waiting until 1st quarter end we have to see how everyone does - this is every year nothing is done on time
