Nobody is here because they're hoping to grow their career. Everybody and their mother know by now that the only way to do that is to take advantage of your familial or friendly connections. People join Fiserv to grab some experience and move on. There is no retaining of talent. There is no buildup of institutional knowledge, and that is exactly what's going to end this place.

Nothing new as this has been the norm for years. The substandard pay guaranteed that however good someone was, they were encouraged to find more money elsewhere and this was long before Frankserv happened.
