ACTION REQUIRED: MANDATORY SURVEY

This is optional. But it's optional.

It's anonymous. Almost.

Easy. I did not fill out the survey knowing that it would waste my time. It is bad enough that my manager informed me that I should have finished my work at times when half of my group is off in one form or another. Shortfalls in staffing because of senior management playing a game on how to get rid of employees without paying severance. Now, I was told that I had to provide input to my mid-year performance. Why???? Apparently management doesn't know what I did this year and years before. It is like playing in a corporate version of Survivor TV series with other BofA employees. I do not do well with id--ts and a$$h*les.

(1) -1,000

(2) Not very confident. They are not that pro-active. They are re-active.

(3) A vague email about “listening”

(4) Very valued. Without me and my opinions ( considered complaints) what would they talk about at the meetings.

(5) B. Measuring employee sentiment and C. Creating the appearance of concern

(6) Agree

(7) All of the above

(8) Our group was called out last year for not having 100% participation, and also called out for only being 60% happy. So its all punitive until its not.

(9) All of the above.

(10) Survey for everyone, including clients and third party vendors! All voices need to be heard and ignored.
