I need to leave, and I need to leave now. I can't do this anymore. Every day I have to listen to people who don't know my job tell me how to do it and give me terrible advice while they're at it. They make me to do things wrong despite my protests and when it fails, I'm the one who takes the blame. I'm so done with this sh-t.

Please take your time and look for another job. Do not leave abruptly and hurt yourself and your family by doing something impulsively
It may be worth exploring short term disability / leave for mental stress. I have known someone at TIAA and others at other companies who have had to do this because their jobs and managers are so awful. You will need to talk to your doctor and get some type of documented proof and plan to submit but may be a better option than suddenly quitting. It can help you bridge into something else. It will be a pay reduction.
Cmon having 20 people on a call who don't know or do squat critique your work was great use of time. And then to see that they are all Director or senior director with no one reporting to them was the cherry on top. Sarcasm.
Your timing is right because the first quarter financial disclosures show a net loss of $580 million dollars and an 8.8 percent drop year over year in participant contributions. No bueno. No bueno en absoluto.
Are you me? Because this is my life at the moment as well
Your description matches my own situation and current mentality to a T (pun intended). Welcome to my world.
