Walgreens has been high turnover since I can remember. If you work for Centralized Services, the turnover is insane. Low pay, ridiculous metrics and constant micro-managing drive people to the exits.
Absolutely true.
Talk to anyone in HR that is a real human, not a corporate bot, and they will laugh at the ridiculous amount of voluntary turnover.
Miserable company from every angle.
No future plan, private equity greed culture, broken systems, antiquated technology in stores, horrendous micromanagement, disengaged workforce, empty requisition.
The best part?
Any and every internet search about Walgreens is a negative story.
