Emea hr director don't have formal B school education. Zoology education they have must fit for managing zoo not corporate.

HR is a natural role for them. Not much work for most of the time, and for 1/4 of the year, you can naturally be spiteful.

It is veey difficult for a usa citizens to get a job in Qualcomm
All the jobs are being outsourced to India. They have build two new huge development centers in Chennai and another city in Andhra state or nearby.
They have closed so many buildings in San Francisco Bay Area. Even San deigo is full of H1-Bs and Indians.
