Southern Oregon University leaders released a new financial plan this week. The proposal includes cutting approximately 66 full-time equivalent jobs. It also eliminates three undergraduate degree programs. These measures are expected to save the university about $12 million annually. The plan is necessary to secure a $15 million state funding infusion.
