The amount of downvotes from bots is insane
Try telesales. Average commission check 1,000-1,500. Also get to work from home. OT whenever
Regular month $600 after taxes . Very good month basically if you hit a 2.0(very rare) $1800 after taxes . Yea it’s come down to an extra hourly check, I guess the company was mad some reps were making more than managers and they had to be stoped
don't forget @2tys+1kvEuO8x the fine print says the store has to also achieve 100% and if they don't you don't get the kicker not matter what you get.
Same as those below. $1400 base commission, achieve 100% and get $900 payout. It suck’s considering how much they keep hyping up these kickers they created. Hit 150% in 2 metrics to get $200 extra??? Absolute garage payout. Whoever create these things clearly never run it by the people that it will effect.
Last month, my take home as an assistant manager was 850. And that was hitting 100% of an insane quota. Over 60k in the bucket. And I made 1280 before tax. Not worth it, im looking to move, it's just gotten stupid.
I know how the OP feels.
I was in the game more than a bit ago and made some decent money.
It is crazy how they are paying so much less, for so much more. Turning the corporate stores into working regular clothing store like job. All the while stuff is sooo much more expensive.
Directed at the OP - Why do you care? If You left on your own, stop looking in the rear view mirror to justify your decision. If you didnt, read last and get on with life. I hate the former employees trolling on this site.
it's the amount listed here but 3x the sales and relying on your team all while verizon and your manager is more worried about things that don't pay you like credit card applications and setting up peoples phones and charging them.
It's the sad sad truth unfortunately.
Please tell me the $580-$650 take home is a joke or a lie. It was not too long ago that anything under $2,500 was a bad month.
We hit 100 percent and above and our average take home is roughly 580 to 650.
