I come in between 5am and 5:30am and leave at 1pm then WFH for another 1-2 hours. Zero issues.

At what time and date will BOA crack down on the fake excuses to not RTO?

I know most of my team is 8-5 and they swipe in before 8am and are fine. Not sure about after 5,

For context, I am exempt and my schedule in Workday is 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. While my LOB works a traditional day shift, there are several teams in the office that work varying schedules, including evening shifts.

I had a situation where I took 4 hours of approved PTO and then worked the remaining 4 hours from the office between approximately 6:30 PM and 10:30 PM. Despite badging into the office and working that day, I was subsequently reflected as out of compliance.

Based on that experience, I suspect office presence may be evaluated against an employee’s scheduled work hours, Workday schedule, or potentially team/LOB-specific parameters rather than simply whether a badge swipe occurred at any point during the day. However, I don’t know the exact logic being used.

This may ultimately become less relevant though, if VPN/network presence becomes the primary method used to determine compliance going forward.

Why would you think there is a cut off. You swipe your badge, it gets logged and stored in the computer. 24/7/365.

I don't believe it does as there are people who work on shifts and weekends that still have to be in the office. Somehow they are getting credit for being there.
