Did anyone else receive an email about a class action lawsuit regarding medical solutions and the 401k?

I received one, but the email from the sender did not match the email or bio from the law firm’s webpage. I shrugged it off as a scam since they sent it to an email that I never use.
From an attorney out of PA that is putting together a class action lawsuit against the company.

Some of the potential violations we're investigating include Plan Administrators charging excessive fees to plan participants or the inclusion of poor investment options in the plan, which reduced the money in the plan that participants were entitled to receive."
