Dozens of new goto’s/, unclear what the policies are, no one to reach out to, missing money, stubs, no emails for paychecks, WHAT IS HAPPENING?

I take a small dividend check every quarter. Don't ask me why, personal reasons, personal satisfaction. I know there are other ways to handle dividends. That said, I didn't receive my dividend check this time. Dividends were supposedly distributed on June 4, but nothing has arrived. I opened a case with Voya, but I'm curious whether this is related to the Polaris project. Has anyone else experience dividend check issues.
Folks gotta create the pds items. Very simple. This training deal is hilarious. When the email came out back in March I’m like there are not that many training opportunities. Now everything is “training”.
No email paystubs is so annoying. They basically push more tasks into employees and call it efficiency? Going backwards. Formerly automated tasks are now manual. How is this progress?
