Is this all part of the hansy scheme? Tank stocks so the payout in march is much lower than it would’ve been since it’s a triple payout?

It's not some scheme. 75% of his pay is stock. All the big shots are paid over 50% in stock. "Never attribute to malice that which can be attributed to incompetence"
He's just bad at his job.
