Well, seeing as we're are short staffed and have been for 2 years, we are 9-7 mon - sat and we just added an hour on Sunday, so we're 11-6, so we still have 2 shifts and now an extra hour on Sunday, gotta love the thinking behind this!! Not to mention different stores in my district have different hours, some are closed Sundays, some are 11-7 some 10-6 , I'm sure that makes for a great customer experience also!! And I'm sure quotas will go up as we have an extra hour a week now to sell more.

Verizon screws us in quota each month. We aren't supposed to make any money. We are dogs on a dog track chasing the mechanical rabbit. Chase BIO and go green! It's the only green you will see. They want us to be excited for their success. We want our share or go take a running leap. Once again their targets don't reward us. BIO does not equal paycheck.
I’m really surprised they arent pushing employees and thier families to get the verizon cards. Make it a metric for leadership because they will fail.
And yes there will be a Union soon. If all the other carriers are, then its about time for Verizon too.
Just saw the new biometrics. They want 100 percent on Verizon credit card hahahaha. My God what kind of fantasy land are these people in charge of setting the quotas living???

I can guarantee they won't go down, and we'll make less money. Every time there is a comp change we sell way more and make way less, yet the company continues toakr billions!!
