Inevitable result of the "bring your true self to work" BS. I don't want to hear about my boss's s-xuality, regardless of what it is. That's their business, not my business. This is work, if we all stick to that subject everyone will be fine. It's really not a huge ask.
the company has tolerance for very bad behavior and the individuals responsible should be held to account. they have no issues ruining lives to protect their own questionable conduct. Its akin to a dirty enterprise.

Not surprised at all. What does surprise me is that he got an actual, truthful response as to why he wasn't selected for the role.
