John thinks he is king and can lord over us peasants, while we have to just take it. For the life of me, I don't understand why the board hasn't forced him to "retire".

Enron comes to mind. That’s where we continue to go, except they were ran better than this place.
Any reasonable person would undue some of his policies….is that why he made himself Chairman of Board? To ensure they stay intact? Be big slap in the face if someone came in and said, “No, that doesn’t work” and changed stuff.
The board isn’t going to force him out because he’s king of the board too. Prime example of the fox watching the chicken coop!
He’s truly destroyed the company both when he was with Randall and now at the top.
EVERY member of the board should be ashamed of themselves for not looking out for shareholders and allowing him to run the company into the ground.
