@ny Honeywell's gas detection business, they have crippled it over the last few years. Ruined, like everything else they touch!

They are probably putting together a high level org chart for day 1. I'm hoping all the future shapers stay in charge to shape the future of the new company.

AIP has been investing heavily in Trew. I’m sure they see Intelligrated as an underperforming business they have the exact expertise to fix.

AIP owns TREW who are guys who sold Intelligratd to Honeyhell years ago. They are buying it back for fraction of former value. But AIP is buying companies to make profit, so every cost will be removed and rest sold.
