Is anyone else’s anxiety through the roof as we approach 6/17? Are those in Dallas in the clear or are we also at risk? I am in Dallas and I am feeling the pressure.

@dx other places pay better. you need to be looking and sell your work in a big way. everyone that has left here is getting paid better and life is less stressful.
All being in Dallas guarantees you is if you’re around in two years, you’ll be commuting to Plano
I’m terrified. I’m a young engineer just really getting started and want to be here. I highly doubt I’ll have such a good salary anywhere else, and I enjoy what I do. My area hasn’t been told we are affected yet, but I don’t know if that means we are safe this round yet. Honestly terrified.
Being in Dallas does not guarantee safety.
They want us on pins & needles. Those dark triaders relish in any anxiety & trepidation suffered by us worker bees.

You should have a backup plan ready to implement at all times if in today’s workforce. You need to have an emergency fund. There are no guarantees.
