@aa it's already in the US (at least, in IT).
We're all in mandatory knowledge sharing sessions as we prepare to go to the "factory model" of labor.
A few months of babysitting unqualified contractors, and then we'll be ready for layoffs just in time for Christmas!
Oh it can get worse. And it will. Wait til this gets to the US.
