I think laying off CEOs would be the biggest boost to shareholder value. Let one corporate officer do the work of four or more C-suite employees and shareholder value will go through the roof. They should not be allowed to skate while their employees circle the occupational exhaustion drain covering for all the downsized and rightsized vacancies.
