I complained to my production VP that I never get a response from SH on any email or voice message I've sent him, even though I get 1,2 and even t3 messages somedays from him asking for all sorts of information that still isn't in salesforce. he never responds to any commission adjustments either, that require his level approvals. My VP laughed and said SH doesn't respond to any VP emails either.

Known him for 25 years. He never has. Never will. Only does what is important to himself. Always has. Always will. But he will lecture you about being a. “Team player” and all that stuff. One of the worst human beings i have ever known.

It’s because SH probably has no idea how to answer your emails unless it involves a leaderboard story. You think getting an email reply is tough. Try getting him to join you for a meeting. Even when he is in town.
