Reporting. Doesn’t influence not one customer to buy a service product. Role can stop immediately and the world won’t skip a beat
I don't know much about the other teams in VCG, but in my experience, the Digital Experience team is the worst. They seem to have a bit of a God complex. Coming from Marketing, if I need even a small change, they'll put it on their "roadmap" to be revisited two years down the line. They are too “busy” creating increasingly messy and frustrating experiences for the customers.
