The executives at this company are almost cartoonishly evil. I've never seen more people who are deluded into believing they are kind. Yes, I know and I've heard that leadership everywhere are snakes (that's how they end up where they are), but to see it up close is hard to digest.

As a manager, I tried to stress to my team that we get ahead by working together. Stronger together. Supporting my subordinates. My upline leaders taught me that they got ahead by stepping on and over others. That layoff was a blessing.

I've seen some higher management roles make mistakes and throw anyone they can under the bus to make sure it doesn't fall on them or to try and minimize their exposure to be whatever the mistake was. It's sad that accountability is stressed for our agents but avoided like the plague by leadership.
@OP yes, they are definitely untrustworthy and will lie to cover themselves and the company every time.
