Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

Goodbye Fiserv - not another year

A new year... And it's not going to include Fiserv drama. New year means new budgets...at a new employer that can hire. Already have an interview setup with one of our clients.

I won't miss-
Layoff anxiety and constant conversation about it.

Management that says they have your back but don't.

2% or less raises

Long hours

The trained mentality that work is more important than your vacation with family

They all could be great but they show up and choose not to and pretend it's someone else's fault but they are out for #1 and continue the cycle.

So later haters. Good luck to the good ones but I encourage you to let go of the baggage you are replaceable to Fiserv every moment of every day. You are not replaceable to your family.

Don't be like the ones we've lost that have retired from Fiserv only to enjoy a few years or even months in some cases of retirement and then we all find out they died.

Blessings to you all but I'm not doing this 1 more year waiting for some parachute that may not come when opportunity is NOW

Cheers

I switched jobs and got a 15% raise, and cash bonuses instead of garbage fiserv stock. Fiserv is cheap af with garbage benefits and more interested in taking attendance than producing anything of value. Good riddance.

I just left this dumpster fire of a company, and I am never looking back.

I'm sorry that you can't handle an honest day's work. Maybe you are a better fit for a lesser fintech.

Right behind you. Looking forward to being someplace that isn't completely toxic and run by goons.
