Looks like a downward trend. How long before leadership is getting culled? Or is miserable results acceptable now?

The so called directors do nothing but sit in their offices with their doors closed all day listening to calls. Great use of huge salaries! Most don’t interact with their teams more than 10 min a day if that!
@18m when results are skewed by the questions, the score is down from before and a significant percentage of respondents give high scores for fear of retaliation.
Since when is high 80s bad?
Beatings will continue until morale improves.
The results in some areas have been miserable for a long time. Nothing has happened. No news here
There will be changes for sure. There are rumors about several director level positions being consolidated.
