Don't get too comfortable. Big Tech Corps are targeted. Congress is pushing for imprisonment in addition to the hundreds of millions that Big Tech throws at violations because nothing is corrected. Sentencing guidelines have not been enforced most likely due to the large sums.
The article re: SECOND Turkey situation mentioning needed internal control procedures company-wide was a major RED FLAG. Investigation is inevitable. Departure from GAAP is a mystery. That alone could explode and the number of casualties could be historic. Oracle upper mgmt would not be touched. The middle management fall guys are in place just in case...which, could increase stock price.
May Oracle see the importance to reorg.by cleaning up and clearing out corrupt middle management and replace with honest ethical positive mgmt.
This will never happen because it is the corrupt who are in charge. They will not get rid of themselves.
