"What does it mean when a CFO says he wants to grow the bottom line faster than the top line?"

You can’t post record breaking profits and then turn your back on your people. That is not showing leadership it’s claiming victory and punishing your army for a darn good job. Don’t let this LR define you I know many talented hardworking humans that their lives were impacted by the greed in “the” leadership because I don’t consider them my leadership. #notmyleadership
It doesn't change the fact that companies everywhere are using it to trim the fat. Right now AI is GLP-1 treatment for the tech industry. It is catching on in other industries too.
