Embarrassing that my DM is so excited for me to rally the team around this stupid bonus. If I have to rally them then the bonus didn't work on its own. $500 would be a start and rarely hit because the target is so high as the targets are set to "wish" goals. Just throw some awardperq points on top and we will all understand. Do me a favor and get Tmobile and AT&T to make your compensation plan.. you steal all of their other ideas. Poor excuse for leadership. Two words. F. Off.

I hope the id--ts coming up with this cr-p know , number one , we know there is no way to hit these numbers and make more money, and number two, it's an insult to your employees to think we are this d-mb. Or.maybe the higher ups are.just to d-mb to know that we see through their sh-t!
They can't even get individual kicker right. It still has a team component, the store has to hit 100 of their target to qualify and as others have said $200 bucks, really. I suppose it's maybe better then nothing? I'll have some more porridge now

So is the contribution report not being used as a kicker anymore? I hope that’s true because how many times did reps go from a 5 to 3 on the last day of month ? Worst thing for morale ever. BTW did anyone notice the daily contribution reports were not updated the last several days of the month ?
I don’t even remember the last time hitting 100%. I’m not even going to think about this target because if I would of had my old commission, and hit 1.5 in phone adds and sales dollars I would of made over $3k so why would I do it for just an extra $200. That’s a lot of work.

If it’s less than 500 I’m not even gonna bother. 200 is no motivation, these upper echelon sure are id--ts who want more, but don’t actually want to compensate you for it!

You have to get 150% of your individual goal and the team has to make 100% of theirs. Lol who comes up with this stuff.
