The pay is awful and they expect your whole life to revolve around this place. Days off don't mean much when they call you in anyway. Work life balance isn't a thing here. It's exhausting.

@ey Yep use your words and do that then see how fast they start cutting your hours to get revenge, I know they done it to me everytime after telling them I can't not come in.
Use your words and say 'No, I can't come in.' Find another job if you don't like this one.
